摘要: Abstract An electrochemical method for the determination of azinphos-methyl and parathion-methyl in honey is presented. The established by adsorptive stripping differential pulse voltammetry at hanging mercury working electrode. In contrast to chromatographic methods pesticide residues, sample preparation proposed minimal; analytes were extracted from samples with a mixture (acetone):(Britton–Robinson buffer) then analyzed without any additional pretreatment. response either individually or as was studied series deposition time molar ratio. Two quantitation protocols compared, using external calibration standard addition method. Accuracy tested spiked obtaining good recovery values. limit detection (for 10 s) calculated 51.71 μg kg −1 MeP 65.87 μg kg AzMet.
