摘要: Resumen La tuberculosis continua siendo hoy en dia un grave problema de salud publica con 10,8 millones casos nuevos y 1,8 muertes a nivel mundial el ano 2015. diversidad existente entre los miembros del complejo Mycobacterium que producen la permiten diseno metodos para su rapido diagnostico. Asi mismo, las mutaciones genes implicados mecanismos resistencia escapar bacteria tratamiento. Hemos revisado diagnostico M. complex deteccion sensibilidad/resistencia farmacos; ambas cosas son necesarias detener aparicion nuevas resistencias e instaurar tratamiento precoz correcto.
