摘要: Abstract A Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) methodology is presented in this paper that used to analyse and assess public-service building projects for the promotion of smart sustainable cities. Its main purpose compare different types (hospitals, schools, museums, etc.) prioritize investments present most favourable global results. The methodology, known as MIVES, constructs a model assists decision-making on basis consistent transparent criteria. It incorporates value function concept attaches variables arriving at final relation pre-defined In study, based three basic pillars sustainability (economy, environment, society) triple-layer decision tree. application four urban projects, examples, showed encouraging results with wide range values.
