摘要: The reduced levels of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) 2-cholesterol (C) in diabetes and other metabolic disorders associated with a high risk cardiovascular disease are well established. Few studies, however, have compared the HDL subspecies type 1 (T1D) those 2 (T2D) or without insulin. We examined 27 T1D insulin, 33 T2D insulin plus oral-anti-diabetic drugs (OADs), 36 OADs diet/exercise, 25 non-diabetic controls. Insulin was injected four times daily basal-bolus manner for both T2D. Plasma C, apolipoprotein (apo) AI, AII were determined HDL2 HDL3 by single precipitation method. HDL-C significantly higher lower T2D, Insulin-treated had than non-insulin-treated HDL2-C HDL2-apo AI All these differences more pronounced men women. comparable among controls,T1D inversely BMI, HbA1c, triglyceride, small dense LDL-C, LDL-C. Multiple regression analysis revealed that independently intensive therapy but not HbA1c. In conclusion, results suggest is alterations subspecies, irrespective diabetes.
