摘要: Background: Depression and cognitive decline are highly prevalent often coexisting, however, the association between depression dementia remains unclear. White matter hyperintensities (WMH), medial temporal lobe atrophy (MTA) global cortical (GCA) associated with depression, mild impairment dementia; these structural abnormalities may therefore represent a common underlying mechanism of diseases. We conducted naturalistic prospective follow-up study in patients severe geriatric who were formerly treated ECT. The aim was to investigate effects brain on decline, survival.
