摘要: A goal of our work is to understand the mechanism for initiation replication and stimulation transcription from origin (ori) region bacteriophage lambda. The λ bidirectional DNA synthesis two modes transcription, (a) oop, lit RNA (b) repressor establishment are regulated by ori dependent events. requirements summarized in this report. Transcription measured noninduced induced prophage which derepressed thermally inactivating repressor. This system provides highly reproducible synchrony permits characterization development initially one phage per cell.
