摘要: The risk assessment of pesticides on soil fauna is an issue to protect agroecosystem sustainability. Enchytraeids are recognized as relevant bioindicators chemical stress in agroecosystems. In laboratory, the reproduction test was found be sensitive reveal impacts enchytraeids. However, it does not allow assess ecological functions which enchytraeids involved. objectives this study were (i) explore feasibility bait-lamina with under laboratory conditions and (ii) compare its sensitivity Enchytraeid Reproduction Test. We exposed individuals Enchytraeus albidus two commercial formulations fungicides widely used Europe. EC50 for Swing® Gold (50 g L−1 epoxiconazole 133 g L−1 dimoxystrobin) Cuprafor micro® (50% copper oxychloride) respectively estimated at 1.66 ± 0.93 times recommended dose > 496 mg kg−1 copper. no impact feeding activity thus appeared less than Test tested fungicides. Despite that, achievable allows assessing indirect effects quick, cheap, easy perform. It would deserve longer-exposure through repeated addition sticks.
