摘要: Annexins interact in a calcium-dependent manner with membrane phospholipids. Although their exact function is not known, annexins have been proposed to be involved variety of cellular processes. To determine whether plant are implicated cell division, we isolated cDNAs encoding annexin from TBY2 cells. Based on sequence analysis, these fall into two families, differing mainly by deletions or insertions 5′- and 3′- untranslated regions. The Ntp32.1 Ntp32.2 encoded homologous p32 bell pepper (Cap32.1): propose that Solanaceae constitute distinct type which call Sp32 annexins. There genes (Ntan.1 Ntan.2) derived the separate progenitor species Nicotiana tabacum analysis Southern blots consistent presence genes. We show transcript amounts developmentally modulated tobacco plants: RNA levels highest growing dividing tissues. gene expression also regulated cultured cells: transcripts proteins detected only exponentially In synchronized cells, expressed at G2/M transition, M phase G1/S transition. These results first evidence during cycle. accumulate cycle peak end mitosis. Immunolocalization shows majority present intercellular junctions, forming ring structure under plasma membrane. Since known bind secretory vesicles exocytosis, localization junctions suggests could wall maturation.
