摘要: The accuracy of cerebral blood flow measurements using pseudo-continuous arterial spin labeling can be affected by vascular factors other than flow, such as velocity and transit time. We aimed to elucidate the effects common variations in anatomy circle Willis on signal. In addition, we investigated whether possible differences signal could mediated velocities. Two hundred three elderly participants underwent magnetic resonance angiography scans. Mean labeling-cerebral was calculated for gray matter main territories. cerebellar significantly lower subjects having a posterior fetal variant with an absent P1 segment. variants also showed higher ipsilateral territory artery. Flow basilar artery these variants. This study indicates that underestimate territories cerebellum highly prevalent variation morphology. Additionally, our data suggest this effect is concomitant between supplying arteries.
