Prior surgery, balloon dilation catheter (BDC) placed in distal abdominal aorta via femoral artery. Just skin incision, BDC inflated contrast medium and total occlusion achieved. At end operation we observed that hemorrhage had decreased dramatically. No complications were recorded except hypertension during which expected. patient discharged two weeks hospitalization post-operatively without any neurological deficit.
