摘要: Growth factors and their specific cell surface receptors play an important role in the control of growth differentation. Ligand-receptor interaction on is translated into activation intercellular pathways, initiating a sequence events which eventually results cellular response. Several factor posses protein tyrosine kinase activity that intrinsic to receptor molecules. Signalling by shared at least five known hormones corresponding receptors. These kinases (RTKs) constitute family structually-related polypeptides with rapidly increasing number members (Yarden Ullrich, 1988). In recent years it has become clear study function receptor-activated signalling pathways will provide better understanding basic biological problems areas biology, endocrinology development. As first step toward detailed analysis activated mechanism, structural characterization RTK resulted complete primary structures all RTKs. One surprising result these efforts further reinforced pivotal molecules signal transduction: structurally modified genes were found be part genomes acutely oncogenic retroviruses (Heldin Westermark, 1984; widely associated transformed phenotype (Sporn Roberts, 1985; Ross et al., 1986) may therefore crucial oncogenesis.
