摘要: Part I of this two-part series (presented in the May issue NAJSPT) provided background, rationale, and a complete reference list for use fundamental movements as an assessment function during pre-participation screening. In addition, introduced one such evaluation tool that attempts to assess movement patterns individual, Functional Movement Screen (FMS)™, described three seven comprise FMS™. Part II provides brief review analysis function. four additional tests FMS™, which complement those I, will be presented (to total tests): shoulder mobility, active straight leg raise, trunk stability push-up, rotary stability. These are detail, grading system from 0-III is defined each pattern, clinical implications receiving grade less than perfect III proposed. By reading II, it hoped clinician recognize need movements, critique current develop new methods functional assessment, begin provide evidence related ability predict reduce injury. By using screening system, void between performance close.
