摘要: The histaminergic system contains four subtypes of G-protein-coupled receptors: H1R, H2R, H3R and H4R. In the central nervous system, they mediate action histamine in pituitary hormone secretion, wakefulness, motor cognitive functions as well itch nociception. Alterations cerebral neurotransmission are associated with numerous neurological diseases, e.g. sleep/wake eating disorders, epilepsy, neuropathic pain, neurodegeneration neuroinflammation. Therefore, receptors a target high interest, not only for therapy, but also imaging quantification using PET SPECT. addition to indirect flow metabolism studies, this chapter provides review results preclinical clinical investigations subtype-selective tracers.
