摘要: MC3T3-E1 cells showed mineral deposits after about one week of culture when incubated in the presence microcarrier beads. These appeared as white spots on dish surface, and under light microscopy multiple cell layers mineralization around microcarriers. The stained positively with calcium-specific Von Kossa’s method. Using conventional assay, alkaline phosphatase activity (ALP) parathyroid hormone-stimulated intracellular c-AMP production were lower cultures than control, but using cytochemical methods high was found results indicate that microcarriers facilitated formation provided a environment for mineralization.
