Use of complementary/alternative therapies by women with advanced-stage breast cancer

摘要: This study sought to describe the pattern of complementary/alternative medicine (CAM) use among a group patients with advanced breast cancer, examine main reasons for their CAM use, identify patient's information sources and communication physicians. Face-to-face structured interviews advanced-stage cancer at comprehensive oncology center. Seventy three percent used CAM; relaxation/meditative techniques herbal were most common.
