摘要: Based on the tight-binding model, we investigate formation process of quantum dots onto graphene nanoribbons (GNRs) by sequential adsorption hydrogen atoms ribbon's surface. We define difference between hydrogenation processes surface zigzag (ZGNR) and armchair (AGNR) calculating binding energies with respect to energy isolated for all considered structures.
