摘要: Aim: This study was carried out to assess the recovery rate of Enterococcus faecalis count after disinfection root canals with Er,Cr:YSGG laser. Methodology: Freshly extracted 40 human teeth single straight were prepared a size 50; these specimens sterilized and then inoculated E.faecalis suspension incubated for 48 hrs. They randomly allocated three treatments one control negative group. The infected underwent laser treatment. Then samples collected immediately (after irradiation canal) 7 days irradiation, that surviving bacteria checked by counting colony-forming units (CFU). Results: results indicated capable significant reduction in canal at all selected output powers 0.75W, 1W 1.5W as well there antibacterial differences among powers. In addition showed increased number bacterial colonies second microbiological sampling compared first sampling, decreased when power increased. best result showing less 1.5W. Conclusions: recognized ability against most resistant is associated endodontic infection.
