摘要: Nickel fiber mat was investigated as a potential structured catalyst for steam reforming of biogas in the temperature range 600-700℃. The activity as-received very low owing to smooth surface fibers. Pretreatment by oxidation followed reduction under methane partial condition significantly improved catalytic activity, although degradation found during reaction due and sintering. This deactivation retarded supplying additional hydrogen inlet gases or coating CeO₂ over surfaces.
