摘要: Due to the availability of very potent immunosup- pressive drugs and refinements in surgical techniques, results liver transplantation have improved during last decade. Currently, is a widely accepted effective therapeutic modality for variety irreversible acute chronic diseases, offering 1- 5-year patient survival rates approximately 70%-90% 50%-70%, respectively. With these achievements indication criteria been expanded number transplantations being performed has increased. However, nowadays supply grafts cannot meet needs, so that patients on waiting list steadily growing. This underscores importance establishing strict, generally guidelines selection transplant recipients. In addition, prolonged period graft makes optimal timing more difficult. future, it will probably be necessary put before they actually need an organ ensure future graft.
