摘要: Background and Aim:  We seek for the accurate simple method detecting sentinel nodes of gastric cancer which can be popularized in community hospitals. The indocyanine green (ICG) fluorescence-guided is reported to sensitive. However, ordinal fluorescence cameras have gray scale imaging require a dark room. developed new device, Hyper Eye Medical System (HEMS) simultaneously detect color near-infrared rays used under room light. This study was planned examine whether submucosal injection 0.5 mL × 4 50 µg/mL ICG on day before operation adequate administration using HEMS surgery. Methods:  patients underwent gastrectomy clinical T1a (mucosa)–T2 (muscularis propria) N0 were enrolled present study. As preliminary trial, one case each 25 100 µg/mL, injected intraoperative injection, examined. Then, 10 cases examined. Results:  patient 100 µg/mL too intense that 25 µg/mL faint.
