摘要: A process for performing lumbar laminectomy is characterized by leaving the muscles intact along base of spinous and posterior faces detached portions lamina, facet joints, transverse processes at least one adjacent superior inferior vertebrae to preserve blood flow and, thus, create a living peace bone used as fusion material between bases vertebrae.
