摘要: An asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) network or the like having a plurality of switches which may each be coupled with central service provider over virtual path. Service requests, grants service, and other control information for then communicated between said communication channels within The disclosed method apparatus provides efficient requests without requirement to establish new communications paths individual request.
