摘要: The monoclonal antibody MRG-1 has been evaluated for the immunohistochemical detection of type 3 chain blood group A in human normal bladder epithelium and tumours. Light microscope examination paraffin sections demonstrated that this antigen was present superficial tumour patients with or AB, but absent invasive tumour. In epithelium, plasma membrane positive antigen, cytoplasm diffusely stained. transitional cell carcinoma, negative, whereas intensely stained perinuclear region. This pattern different from observed 1 2 which recognized mainly at membrane. However, staining also seen on localization carcinoma influenced by treatment organic solvents. Electron microscopical observations confirmed localized Golgi apparatus These results proved is low grade tumours correspondence type, disappears high malignant potential. its expression independent expressions other subtypes have studied. Furthermore, changes caused pretreatment solvents suggested possible differences microenvironment glycolipids containing sugar chain.
