摘要: A coating for reducing specular reflection on optical glass screens comprises a partially hydrolized metal alkoxide polymer. These alkoxides have the general formula M(OR) 4 where M is selected from group consisting of silicon, titanium and zirconium R alkyl with 1 to 6 carbon. The equivalent and/or oxides about 15% total solids by weight. presently preferred mixture prepared dissolving tetraethyl orthosilicate in alcohol, at an elevated temperature; gradually adding nitric acid water; butoxide n-propoxide; and, mixing additional water alcohol. applied method comprising steps cleaning surface screen; preheating solution onto baking screen solution, temperature high enough drive off solvent bond surface.
