摘要: We report variations in the currents of CdZnTe semiconductor crystals during exposure to a series light emitting diodes various wavelengths ranging from 470 950 nm. The changes steady-state current one crystal with and without illumination along time dependence effects are discussed. Analysis de-trapping transient bulk after optical excitation yield insight into behaviour charge traps within crystal. Similar is observed for second suggesting that overall not dependent.
