摘要: Although dysphoric states and psychoses represent clinically relevant psychiatric complications in patients with epilepsy, their symptomatologies are complex therefore frequently underrecognized undertreated daily routine. Detecting secondary to the psychotropic effects of various antiepileptic drugs is often challenging, even for most experienced psychiatrists. This article gives an overview epidemiology, clinical features, diagnosis, therapy interictal, peri-ictal, alternative epilepsy. Further, potential drug interactions between medications discussed.
