摘要: Since it was established that monitoring somatosensory evoked potentials (SSEP) is a good method for evaluating the intactness of sensory afferent conduction, this has been more and frequently used during aneurysm surgery. This chapter describes technical aspects method, including anatomical limitations to its use, clinical value technique, with special consideration those cases in which preservation SSEP or disappearance provided information considered helpful by surgeon. The data presented were obtained 157 operations manage 177 aneurysms out total 190 cerebral vascular operations.
