摘要: Abstract Resonant photoemission spectroscopy has been applied to study the group of Pb 1− x RE B VI (RE=Eu, Gd; B=Te, Se, S) diluted magnetic semiconductors. Energy distribution curves, as well constant-initial-state or constant-final-state spectra have taken for photon energies near intra-ion Eu 4d→4f Gd transitions. The 4f and contributions electronic structures crystals determined by comparison on off resonance. localized character Eu(Gd) 7 shell confirmed analysis shape corresponding spectral feature. influence host crystal ionicity position shells with respect valence band is discussed.
