摘要: Plant tissue culture has broad applications in several areas. These are generally classified into three categories: basic research, environmental issues, and commercial applications. Basic application covers the concepts understanding physiology considering molecular pathways plant cells, whereas conservation strategies to preserve elite germplasms for a longer time. Current research is highly focused on such as crop improvement, secondary metabolite production, various inducing genetic interference. Production of transgene its stable expression through supported by tools again most critical issue discussed nowadays. Incorporation genes produces stress tolerant plants with improved production. Thus, aim this chapter critically assess associated use vitro cells organ cultures studies.
