摘要: AIMS AND OBJECTIVES To analyze and evaluate clinical features that define complex dentoalveolar trauma. MATERIALS METHODS Forty-five patients, with a mean age of 36.1 years, were included in the study; most patients male (82.2%). The main defining fractures evaluated, including status tooth, alveolar socket adjacent soft tissues their relationships tooth loss. relationship between splinting loss was also studied. data analyzed using descriptive statistical methods. RESULTS A significant observed different variables loss, particular as relevant factor; there this protective factor. CONCLUSIONS Tooth prognosis following trauma is related to fracture, particularly possibility treatment.
