摘要: Abstract Standard vapour phase growth process for ZnO tetrapods has been optimized in order to reach a very large yield, good reproducibility and single morphology (tetrapods are separated from the other possible nanostructures). The yield of simple deposition these nanostructures on an alumina substrate with contacts heater, allowed us realize gas sensor prototypes relatively low-cost procedure. obtained tetrapods-based sensors have tested different gases (CH 3 CH 2 OH, NO , CO H S) and, especially, response values S = 25 = 100 measured towards 1 ppm 5 ppm hydrogen sulphide, respectively.
