摘要: Porcine viral diarrhea is an acute and highly contagious enteric disease in pigs which causes huge economic losses pig industry worldwide. Transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV) main pathogens responsible for piglets diarrhea. Knockout the host cellular surface receptor TGEV may be effective way to accelerate breeding of resistant pigs. In this study, we applied site-specific editing pAPN swine testis (ST) cells. Site-specific reduced proliferation ST cells by 96%-99% at different time periods post-infection. Next, porcine fetal fibroblasts were produced, then cell colonies used as donor generate Our research findings will not only offer a more thorough understanding pathogenesis piglet lay foundation TGEV-resistant piglets, but also molecular mechanisms involved coronaviral infections.
