摘要: Flow measurements can be used to quantify blood flow during MR-guided intravascular interventional procedures. In this study, a fast measurement technique is proposed that quantifies velocities in the vicinity of small RF coil attached an catheter. Since receives signal from only limited volume around catheter, spatially nonselective reception employed. To enhance flowing blood, and suppress unwanted contributions static material, slice-selective excitation used. At velocity sensitivity 150 cm/s, temporal resolution 2 x TR = 10.2 ms achieved. The combined with automatic slice positioning facilitate influence catheter position vessel on was analyzed simulations. For vessels laminar flow, simulation showed systematic deviation between true -15% 80%. four animal experiments, compared results conventional ECG-triggered 2D phase-contrast (PC) technique. shapes time curves abdominal aorta were nearly identical measurements. A relative scaling factor 0.69-1.19 found reference measurement, which could partly explained by results.
