摘要: In this article, we discuss an approach to initiate learning and improvement of practice related complex business processes in corporations. The called PIER (Problem-based learning, Interactive multimedia, Experiential Role-playing) uses interactive multimedia scenarios for role-playing groups. We describe action research project where was applied as a large-scale competence development initiative industrial setting. purpose facilitate experience sharing, discussion reflection, with the intention improving management practices both at individual level organizational level. results evaluation present situation supported maintenance but failed promote change. Hence our study provides support several key arguments debate about learning; particular, concerning relationship between interventions development.
