摘要: Abstract 1. Changes elicited by the administration of convulsant doses Cardiazol upon cortical and spinal rhythms have been investigated in chloralosed curarized dogs cats, means simultaneous recording with electrodes directly on cortex cord. 2. In animals intact C.N.S., evokes characteristic changes a convulsive type, while analogous synchronous but slightly different modifications observed records from grey matter anterior horns 3. C.N.S. severed through mesencephalic transection does not alter activity, even though inducing typical cortex. 4. It is suggested that activity are evoked efferent impulses suprabulbar centres, direct action drug neurons can probably be excluded, at least employed. 5. The results obtained, following other drugs stimulating previously treated Cardiazol. confirm susceptibility to react pharmacological stimuli, under anaestesia curatization, suggest simple hypothesis elective site synergism themselves.
