摘要: Scientific research is traditionally divided into two categories: basic and applied research. Basic needed to provide a better understanding of disease, but not directly translating that knowledge useful clinical application. Translational would be the advancement science development new diagnostic tests, drugs or intervention techniques for patients with established disease progression. The main goal translational integrate advances in biotechnology, trials, boosting bench bedside. evolution area ophthalmology are building medicine greater effectiveness prevention treatment individualized form ingredients desired personalized medicine. This paper describes concepts its application ophthalmology.
