Late Cenozoic evolution of the continental margin of eastern Canada

摘要: This paper provides a conceptual link between numerous local studies in order to summarize the Late Cenozoic evolution of eastern Canadian continental margin. These have been undertaken recently response renewed hydrocarbon exploration since 1998. The first brief summary morphology and oceanography margin Neogene geologic history. then focusses on Quaternary glacially dominated sedimentation, dealing with constructional features processes erosional processes. It should provide useful comparison other North Atlantic margins considered this volume.
