摘要: This section describes collagen vascular diseases with evidence for a type III hypersensitivity component. Other immunologic events and mechanisms may be participating in the pathogenesis of this group as well. These disorders are typically multisystemic protean manifestations affecting joints, muscles, bursae, tendons. Ocular inflammation is common often considered major diagnostic criterion establishing clinical diagnosis several these (Table 17.1).1
