摘要: In this work, optimized conditions for preparation of chitosan and hyaluronan polyelectrolyte complex are proposed. The objective was to produce new biomaterials being biocompatible bioresorbable in the body as well approaching extracellular matrix (ECM) structure. These materials will be tested chondrocyte development tissue engineering wound healing applications. Nanofibers made (PEC) were successfully manufactured by electrospinning, casted films used a model properties comparison. To our knowledge, it is first time that stable chitosan/hyaluronan fibers produced, which observed long-lasting buffer at pH~7.4. role thermal treatment 120 °C 4 h examined control degree swelling crosslinking two polysaccharides H-bonds amide bonds formation. different PEC compositions pH values, based on solubility degrees, diameters nanofibers mechanical performances. influence solvent (acidic potential composition) utilized process also examined. Acid formic/water 50/50 v/v more appropriated carried-out procedures.
