摘要: The issue of the ability to survive and successfully compete in a turbulent business environment (i.e., resilience) is becoming more noteworthy within entrepreneurial, managerial strategic studies (Pal et al., 2014; Linnenluecke, 2017). Although small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are defined backbone economy many countries (Cowling 2015) these less studied from resilience angle. While there exists literature strong focal point around which definitions theory building constructed, lack empirically testing demonstrating such theories. There little empirical evidence on how organisations, especially SMEs, may achieve degrees resilience. Thus purpose this paper skim among all key enablers that emerge identify features likely could support SMEs obtain certain level
