摘要: The yielding phenomenon in the tensile curves of polymer fibres is explained by onset a sequential and plastic orientation mechanism chains brought about resolved shear stress. proposed simple theory shows that yield strain tension compression varies from 0.5% for highly oriented to 2.2% randomly specimens, this range same aliphatic polyamide, poly(ethylene terephthalate), cellulose II poly(p-phenylene terephthalamide) fibres.
