摘要: We present a novel light scattering setup that enables probing of dynamics near solid surfaces. An evanescent wave generated by surface plasmon resonance in metal layer is the incident field dynamic experiment. The combination spectroscopy and leads to spatiotemporal resolution extending few hundred nanometers from microseconds seconds. comparison with identifies advantages presented technique, e.g., monitoring, use surfaces, biorelevant systems. For both geometries, we define vector necessary for analysis experimental relaxation functions.
