摘要: Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the need for secondary interventions after endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm repair with current stent-grafts. Methods Studied were data from 2846 patients treated December 1999 until 2004. recorded EUROSTAR registry. only studied those a follow-up at least 12 months or they had intervention within first months. cumulative incidences transabdominal, extra-anatomic, and transfemoral during (after postoperative month) investigated. Results A performed in 247 (8.7%) mean initial procedure period 23 ± Of these, 57 (23%) 43 (16%) involved an extra-anatomic bypass, 147 (60%) by approach. incidence 6.0%, 8.7%, 12%, 14% 1, 2, 3, 4 years, respectively. This corresponded annual rate 4.6%, which remarkably lower than previously published before 1999. Type I endoleaks (33% procedures), migration (16%), rupture (8.8%) most frequent reasons transabdominal interventions. Graft limb thrombosis indication bypass (60%). endoleak (17%), type II (23%), device stenosis (14%), (14%) Operative mortality higher (12.3%, P = .007) compared (2.7%). Overall survival ( .016) Conclusion Although has substantially decreased recent continuing surveillance device-related complications remains necessary.
