摘要: There are several groups of researchers developing cell-based biosensors for chemical and biological warfare agents based on electrophysiologic monitoring cells. In order to transition such sensors from the laboratory field, a general-purpose hardware software platform is required. This paper describes design, implementation, field-testing system, consisting cell-transport data acquisition instruments. The module self-contained, battery-powered instrument that allows various types modules be maintained at preset temperature ambient CO(2) level while in transit or field. provides 32 channels action potential amplification, filtering, real-time streaming laptop computer. At present, detailed analysis acquired carried out off-line, but sufficient computing power available enable most useful algorithms eventually run Both have internal permit realistic field-testing, as example presented this paper.
