摘要: A mobile-bearing element, metal-backed, interchangeable knee replacement system has been designed to combine low constraint forces with contact stresses (LCS), allowing nearly normal joint articulation and loading as well long-term wear resistance of the implants. The is versatile, including a large number component options in variable sizes, it may be used both primary revision arthroplasties. overall results first 123 cemented cases (97 patients) 2- 7-year follow-up (average 3.7 years) were good excellent 88.6%, fair 3.3%, poor 8.1%. Fair seen predominantly multiply operated implant cases. best noted cases, 97.4% which had results. There have no mechanical failures meniscal bearing dislocations this series. Pain relief restoration function very gratifying system.
