摘要: Upper limb function impairment is one of the most common sequelae central nervous system injury, especially in stroke patients and when spinal cord injury produces tetraplegia. Conventional assessment methods cannot provide objective evaluation patient performance tiveness therapies. The tools are based on rating scales, which inefficient measuring small changes can yield subjective bias. In this study, we designed an inertial sensor-based monitoring composed five sensors to measure analyze complex movements upper limbs, activities daily living. We developed a kinematic model with nine degrees freedom head three dimensions. This was then validated using commercial optoelectronic system. These findings suggest that motion tracking be used who have through data integration virtual reality-based neuroretation
