摘要: The aim of this exploratory study was to investigate the causal relationship between levels direct and indirect aggression presence social competence (specifically ability initiate relationships, portray negative assertion, disclose personal information, provide emotional support advice, manage conflict) among different cultural groups in South Africa. Two questionnaires, RCRQ (Richardson Conflict Response Questionnaire) ICQ (Interpersonal Competence measuring respectively were administered 729 black, coloured white pregraduate university students from University Western Cape Stellenbosch. results showed poor but significant relationships competence.
