摘要: A new micromagnetic method using the hybrid Monte Carlo (HMC) algorithm has been developed, and magnetic properties at finite temperature can be simulated. In this paper, HMC micromagnetics are applied on polycrystalline FePt–C granular films for heat-assisted recording, where significant parameters such as temperature-dependent saturation magnetization $M_{s}$ (T) measured by experiments. The Voronoi microstructure is built upon a regular mesh of cells. (M–H) loops below Curie calculated; they agree well with experiments 300, 400, 500, 600 K, respectively, which have confirmed validity method. Besides, M–H loop 700 currently cannot experiments, also simulated algorithm, shows superparamagnetic properties.
