摘要: Abstract The distribution of abscisic acid (ABA) in reproductive organs tomato ( Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. cultivar ‘Zuisyu’) from buds to fruits, was determined. fresh weights the pistil and calyx increased nearly two-fold 5 days before flowering, but their ABA concentrations remained more or less constant. Five concentration stamens petals were higher, decreased about one-sixth on flowering. Ten after pollinated ovaries had than unpollinated ones. In changed various parts, independent each other. High encountered pericarp, axis locule tissue early growth stages. Even around 50 a small peak concentration. These results show accumulation regions flower fruit, independently other, at specific stages, suggesting role(s) for development.
