摘要: Cissus quadrangularis Salisb is a medicinal plant which has been used traditionally to cure bone fracture by Acehnese. This study was carried out investigate the administration effects of extract (CQSE) on histology lumbar in ovarectomized rats. There were 16 female rats ( Rattus norvegicus ) as samples and then divided into 4 groups treatment, with replications each. K0 consisted without CQSE supplementation, whereas K1, K2 K3 administrated 300, 500 700 mg/kg body weight for 60 days, respectively. On day 61 st , all euthanized chloroform their fourth lumbal bones collected histological preparation. Parameters observed densities active osteoblast, passive osteoblast osteoclast. The results this showed that density (27.25 ± 2.75) significantly higher (P 0,05) among (16.50 6.13), K1 (41.00 6.48), (44.50 16.34), (39.00 15.23). Osteoclast (85.25 25.91) (P<0,05) than (52.50 16.66), (51.00 7.16), (50.75 9.20). In conclusion, consecutive days might increase
